Wine bar spinoff of the popular West Village staple Dell'Anima, with a decidedly libatious, global menu of sustainable, "bio-dynamic" wines as well as the requisite whisky and scotch selections, cocktails, beer and a smattering of tantalizing snacks that transcend the usual bar food, like lamb ragu sliders, panini, and other treats that the bar splits into the eyebrow-raising categories of "sweet" and "savory." Early word is that the space isn't spacious enough, while also receiving high marks for its well-curated wine list.
