The former Henry Miller Theatre—after only a scant nine years under that name—was rechristened the Stephen Sondheim Theatre by the Roundabout Theatre Company, which currently runs the venue. This 1,055-seat capacity theater first opened in 1918, making it one of the Theater District's oldest and most-treaded stages.
