The New York Historical Society does something so ingeniously simple it seems both unthinkable and facile at the same time: a children's museum centered around historical figures who were also children. Situated in the 4,000 square feet under the NYHS, the museum has over ten million artifacts displayed across seven pavilions dedicated to well-curated groups of historical figures.
