A play for foodies with thought! Harry, a temperamental and brilliant chef, creates a dish that defines the line between art and commerce. His signature scallops proves to be a big hit with the critics, scoring a mention in a food magazine, but it is a dish that he refuses to serve to the masses. Confronting him are Mike, his business partner sees the dish as a ticket to profitability, one of their waiters has dreams of his own and lurking in the shadows is a restaurant consultant with schemes of their own. Humor is the result when these ingredients are combined and mix thoroughly.

The play was written by Theresa Rebeck. Moritz von Stuelpnagel directs.

Cast includes Raúl Esparza, W. Tré Davis, David Mason and Krysta Rodrigue?z.
